Signs of dehydration:
Very dark or strong-smelling urine.
Dry mouth.
Unexplained fatigue.
Dizziness upon standing or when suddenly turning your head.
What should you do?
Drink at least 1.5 liters of water per day, divided into small sips.
If your doctor hasn't prescribed fluid restriction, you can add a few drops of lemon juice and a pinch of sea salt to a glass of water to hydrate and replenish your mineral reserves.
Make sure you drink plenty of fluids, especially in hot weather or if you have a fever or diarrhea.
In many cases, simply staying hydrated is enough to significantly reduce mild dizziness.
Cause 6: Cerebral blood circulation problems
When there is insufficient blood available
Think of your brain as a city and your blood as the vehicle that carries oxygen and nutrients. When blood circulation slows or becomes irregular, certain areas are deprived of oxygen for a few seconds. This can lead to:
Sudden dizziness.
Blurred vision.
A feeling of lightheadedness.
