Cooking comforting pasta in 10 minutes

A fast and comfortable weekday dinner

Ingredients:

  • 250 g (about 1/2 lb) of pasta (penne, rigatoni or broken lasagna leaves – pre-baked/al dente)

  • 250 g (1/2 lb) ground beef (or turkey/chicken)

  • 1 pot (about 2 cups) marinara sauce or tomato sauce

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (oregano, basil, thyme)

  • 200 g (about 1 cup) grated mozzarella

  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan

  • 1 cup ricotta (or cottage cheese/ cream cheese for shortcut)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste
