Cooking comforting pasta in 10 minutes
A fast and comfortable weekday dinner
Ingredients:

250 g (about 1/2 lb) of pasta (penne, rigatoni or broken lasagna leaves – pre-baked/al dente)

250 g (1/2 lb) ground beef (or turkey/chicken)

1 pot (about 2 cups) marinara sauce or tomato sauce

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves of garlic, minced

1 teaspoon olive oil
-
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (oregano, basil, thyme)

200 g (about 1 cup) grated mozzarella
-
1/2 cup grated parmesan
-
1 cup ricotta (or cottage cheese/ cream cheese for shortcut)

Salt and pepper, to taste
