Cooking comforting pasta in 10 minutes

  • Fast stages :

     

     

     

    1. Cook the pasta (if it is not pre-cooked):

    Boil the pasta in salted water until it is the tooth. Drain and reserve.

    2. Prepare the meat sauce (5 minutes):

    • Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

    • Fry the onion and garlic until tender and scented.

    • Add the minced meat and cook until golden brown.

    • Stir in the marinara sauce and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.

    • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    3. Assemble the oven (2 to 3 minutes):

     

     

     

    In a dish going to the oven:

    • Superimpose the pasta → the meat sauce → spoonful of ricotta → of mozzarella and parmesan.

    • Repeat the diapers until the dish is full.

    • Finish with a generous layer of mozzarella on top.

    4. Bake or grill (5 minutes) :

    Place under the grill of a hot oven or bake at 220°C (425°F) for about 5 minutes, until the cheese bubbles and is golden brown.

    Optional supplements :

    • Stir-fried mushrooms or spinach for more vegetables

    • A pinch of chili flakes for the spice

    • Replace minced meat with lentils or vegetable crumbs with a vegetarian version
