Fast stages :
1. Cook the pasta (if it is not pre-cooked):
Boil the pasta in salted water until it is the tooth. Drain and reserve.
2. Prepare the meat sauce (5 minutes):

Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Fry the onion and garlic until tender and scented.

Add the minced meat and cook until golden brown.

Stir in the marinara sauce and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Assemble the oven (2 to 3 minutes):
In a dish going to the oven:

Superimpose the pasta → the meat sauce → spoonful of ricotta → of mozzarella and parmesan.

Repeat the diapers until the dish is full.

Finish with a generous layer of mozzarella on top.
4. Bake or grill (5 minutes) :
Place under the grill of a hot oven or bake at 220°C (425°F) for about 5 minutes, until the cheese bubbles and is golden brown.
Optional supplements :

Stir-fried mushrooms or spinach for more vegetables

A pinch of chili flakes for the spice

Replace minced meat with lentils or vegetable crumbs with a vegetarian version
