Ingredients
1 cup oat flakes
4 cups water
Juice of three lemons
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Preparation
Soak the oats in water for 5 minutes.
Strain the oats and place the oats in a blender.
Add the four cups of water along with the lemon juice and honey if you want a touch of sweetness.
Blend until smooth.
Empty the drink into a pitcher and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Remove from the refrigerator and serve in glasses.
