Here’s a super quick and easy recipe for a banana cake using just 2 bananas and 3 eggs! This banana cake can be made in around 5 minutes and is absolutely delicious.
Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas
3 eggs
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) if baking, or you can use a microwave if you’re in a rush.
Mash the bananas: Peel the bananas and mash them in a bowl until smooth. You can leave some small chunks if you like a bit of texture.
Whisk the eggs: In a separate bowl, whisk the 3 eggs until well combined.
Mix the eggs with the bananas: Add the whisked eggs to the mashed bananas and stir until fully incorporated.
Prepare the baking pan: Grease a small cake pan (or any oven-safe dish) with some oil or butter to prevent sticking.
Bake: Pour the banana-egg mixture into the prepared pan. If you’re using an oven, bake for about 20-25 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. If you’re using a microwave, microwave on high for about 3-5 minutes, checking every minute after 3 minutes to see if it has set.
