This lemon drink speeds up metabolism, cleanses intestinal walls and burns embedded fat

1 lemon + zest (preferably organic)

1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon chopped parsley

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 tablespoon grated fresh ginger

1 teaspoon honey

Preparation is very simple: mix all ingredients in a glass jar. Take the remedy every night before bed for at least a week.

Warnings:
